Redemption method:
-After confirming the customer’s payment, ELG will call the customer to schedule the time and location of the physical examination within 2 working days during office hours. Customers can also call the hotline (852) 3679-3928 or email to info@e-health.link.
-Daily appointments are limited, first-booked first-served. If the selected time slot is full, another date must be selected.
-Customers must present their passport/ID card and order confirmation email (printed copy or electronic version) on the day of appointment to confirm their identity.
-Before providing services, customers should clearly agree to the services and content arranged by the company.
-In case of any dispute, ELG reserves the right for final decision.
兌換方法：
– 確認客戶成功付款後，環球醫聯產業平台(ELG)將於2個工作天辦公時間內，致電客戶預約體格檢查的時間及地點，客戶亦可以致電熱線(852) 3679-3928或電郵至 info@e-health.link。
– 每日預約名額有限，先約先得，如選擇的時段名額已滿，須另擇日期。
– 客戶必須於預約當天出示護照/身份證及訂購確認電郵(列印本或電子版本)以確認身份。
– 客戶進行服務前，應清楚並同意本公司所安排之服務及內容。
– 如有任何爭議，環球醫聯產業平台(ELG)將保留最終決定權。
